NEW YORK - Former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani reached a settlement with two former Georgia election workers over ownership of his Florida condo and three World Series rings.

Giuliani, 80, was supposed to be the first witness called in a bench trial to determine whether he has to give up his Florida condominium and three World Series rings as part of the defamation judgment against him. In 2023, a jury awarded Ruby Freeman and her daughter Shaye Moss $148 million in a judgment against him for falsely claiming they engaged in a fake ballot processing scheme in Fulton County, Georgia.
