Called onto the dance floor at age 2, Janelle Ginestra claimed her artistry early. Raised in the Silicon Valley, Ginestra took to dancing quickly as a child, performing competitively and eventually finding herself headed to Hollywood. As a kid, Janelle began an acting career that soon found her highlighting her dance abilities across film, tv and commercial. As a teen, she relocated to the Central Valley where she began to self-train, choreograph and dance in her high school rallies and eventually for local rap artist, Jiggy. Continuing her nonstop dance training, Janelle added competitive cheerleading to her resume. After winning several national championship titles and competing in pom, her over decade long career with Jamz Cheer and Dance was born. As a head instructor, she traveled the country teaching kids and teens across dance and cheer, developing a deep love for teaching.
As a fiercely independent 18 year old, Ginestra took her skills in dance, cheerleading and choreography and headed back to Los Angeles- setting her sights on becoming a professional dancer.
