Generations: The Legacy actress Manaka Ranaka has announced the memorial and funeral details for her late daughter Katlego “KG” Ranaka.
According to her post on Instagram, the memorial service will take place at San Salvador Catholic Church in Leondale from 2PM to 4PM on Thursday, 30 January 2025.
The funeral service will also be held Salvador Catholic Church in Leondale on Saturday, 1 February from 8AM to 11AM.
Katlego will be buried at South Park Cemetery in Germiston.
The actress detailed that a candlelight clap and tap ceremony will be held in their family home on Friday evening to celebrate the life of Katlego.
“In honor of Katlego’s wishes and in celebration of her life, the family requests that the attendees observe the black and baby blue theme,” Manaka wrote on Instragram.
This follows the untimely passing of 24-year-old Katlego on Thursday, 23 January.
The Ranaka family confirmed the sad news in a statement they released to the public via social media last Saturday.
