Adam Paul Scott (born April 3, 1973) is an American actor. He is best known for his roles as Ben Wyatt in the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation (2010–2015) and Mark Scout in the Apple TV+ psychological thriller series Severance (2022–present).
Scott has also appeared in the films The Aviator (2004) and Step Brothers (2008), as well as the Starz sitcom Party Down (2009–2010; 2023), the HBO drama series Big Little Lies (2017–2019), and the NBC comedy series The Good Place (2016–2018). He received nominations for two Critics' Choice Television Awards for Parks and Recreation, and nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award for Severance.

A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Scott made his film debut with a principal role in the 1994 independent drama Cityscrapes: Los Angeles.
